The Global Custom Capability Development team is responsible for building new custom service capabilities by supporting New Service Introductions and ensuring Pre-Sales Solution Architects are enabled to solution new capabilities. This role is also focused on identifying solutioning, product, sales, and delivery trends and making recommendations to improve standard offers, feature sets and processes.

A Global Custom Capability Development position includes a combination of internal consulting, product development, and project management roles with a strong understanding of the Delivery, Pricing and Solutioning functions. The candidate will be expected to apply strong analytical skills to a broad set of business improvement opportunities, demonstrate capacity for developing and understanding strategy, and carry deep interest in analyzing services and driving optimizations with Solutioning and its stakeholders.

What you’ll achieve
As an IT Architecture Consultant, you will be responsible for translating the client’s business requirements into specific systems, applications and/or process designs for custom technical solutions. Designs, develops and implements total systems solutions to the enterprise-wide technical requirements of customers. You will work with the IT Architecture team to balance the needs of sales and delivery to design a solution that meets or exceeds the requirements of service delivery.

You will:

• Lead a Services line of business representing Global Solutioning (Custom) by onboarding new services for the organization

• Ensure Custom Solution Architects are prepared prior to new service launches by gathering requirements, creating reference materials and conducting trainings

• Identify custom use cases and work with core teams to obtain level of efforts and scoping content

• Act as GSD scouts to identify trends and insights for sales and product teams, make recommendations on how to improve cost, features, structure and country availability

• Actively participate in NPI/NSI Core team meetings during US business hours
