My name is Tom Elvebakk, and I am the manager of Charging & Mediation Norway. Our team´s responsibility is to provide charging, mediation and billing solutions for the Telia mobile brand in Norway and we are now looking to strengthen our team with an IT Architect.

Is this your next opportunity?

As an IT Architect you are responsible for IT architecture execution in relation to technology strategy, roadmaps, and transition plans towards our wanted state. You are an IT Architect with software development or data engineering background, and you are helping to fulfil our commitments towards key stakeholders.

The role includes:

• Architecture related planning for development initiatives
• Roadmaps and transition planning
• Requirement gathering and analysis down to software / data level design when needed.
• To work on system and solution level designs to align development initiatives to our wanted state
• Close collaboration with business stakeholders, technical solution owners and development teams.

Is this you?

We are looking for a proactive and self-driven person with high delivery capability and hands-on attitude in architectural design on various levels. You will be working closely with the business, fellow architects, developers, and IT managers to secure technical deliverables.

Your personal competencies:

• Good communicator- You have good communication skills, both spoken and written. Fluency in English, both oral and written. Norwegian language is a plus.

Your experience:

You are passionate about technology and have a strong interest in learning about and playing with new technologies or tools, and new competence areas. You have a bachelor degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or an intriguing good reason for not having one.

It is also a big plus if you have experience within either or:

• Telco knowledge
• API design, development and testing
• Microservices architecture
• Highly available systems
• Information security
• Documentation skills
• Agile development methods
