Required Technical Skills & Experience:
4 to 6 years of SAP EWM implementation or EWM maintenance/support experience required
Candidate must provide demonstrated functional knowledge in SAP EWM with expertise in Inbound, Outbound and Internal processes
Candidate should have knowledge of EWM, ECC, SPP & CRM integration and various other SAP interfaces
Required Business/Personnel Skills:
Follow support processes, with focus on ITSM management.
End to End Change Request Management Tasks. (Requirement gathering from business, integration testing of changes implemented, ensure 100% SOX compliance, etc.,)
Root Cause Analysis of gaps in EWM business processes.
Problem ticket management which includes solution analysis, working with multiple trams to identify the solution, changing and implementation.
Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment.
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Knowledge on the integration between EWM and other SAP components.
ABAP program analysis and developing/changing the code, debug the code and come up with changes.
Worked on integrated landscapes with ECC, APO, CRM and EWM systems would be added advantage.
Business partner communication to understand and resolve problem tickets.
Communicate to business partner issue impact and resolution. Handle business partner inquiries, coordinating the resolution with the various support groups
Desired Skills:
Candidate should have knowledge in SAP ABAP development (coding, testing and debugging)
