Good knowledge in Salesforce user management, access management and licensing concepts.
Good knowledge in synchronous and asynchronous operations in Apex programming.
Good knowledge in Salesforce governor limits, best practices.
Good development and debugging experience with Salesforce debug tools.
Experience troubleshooting technologically challenging customer issues. Able to use advanced debugging techniques.
Good knowledge on SOQL queries.
