Job duties

• Collaborate with process owners to resolve application support issues from the community of users across the enterprise
• Work closely with internal teams and practitioners to develop, deploy, train and support users on APQP processes and tools.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams located globally to understand their requirements, document those and work with IT to develop those enhancements for the tools.
• Collaborate with the process and application owners in a variety of projects to highlight insights related to APQP (product development) application usage, deployment, among other areas
• Data analysis, data processing, and data visualization, including PowerBI

Background / Experience:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Industrial/Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or Computer Science with minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience. 
• Practical, working knowledge of Product Development, Quality, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis, Industry APQP practices, Requirements Gathering and Quality Management System
• Prior experience with PowerBI, Power Apps and Power Automate
• Excellent analytical problem solving and decision-making skills, with knowledge of 6 Sigma tools and techniques
• Experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing or Lean Manufacturing would also be beneficial.
• Good coaching and communication skills, with the ability to build cooperative working relationships with a wide range of audiences including stakeholders, team members, and suppliers
• Efficient time management skills, with ability to work independently
• Motivated to be a self-starter with strong technical skills and a desire to learn and develop leadership skills.
