Job Duties / Responsibilities: 

• Be accountable to ensure to identify the incidents patterns and provide solution. 

• Be responsible to identify user errors and work with  business and operations teams, for proper training to the warehouse users

• Identify the business process where automation is possible and deploy RPA BOTs

• Mentoring OCC monitoring team and L1 support team members. 

• Document work arounds and solutions for incidents.

• Perform post analysis of P1 incidents and document.

• Continuous interaction with Business teams.

• ABAP coding skills will be added advantage.

Required Experience:  

• Minimum  8 to 10  years of Broad Experience in  Enterprise IT Systems in Warehouse Management Systems with Education: 

• Graduate in Information Technology related field with relevant industry experience

Basic Qualifications: 

• Experience performing Business and IT Solution Architect in either waterfall or agile project methodology 

• Strong understanding and experience in ABAP coding processes

• Strong understanding and experience in Warehouse Management Solutions and automation. 

• Experience in integrating with Third party tools with either EDI or API.  

• Experience in configuring and integration EWM solution with other SAP Business suites or third party tools

• Collaborative skills working with Business Partners in developing Business Processes, creation of Architecture Design Documents and share with senior IT and Business leaders 

• Strong understanding and experience with the software development Lifecycle and working with IT Development team in realizing project solutions 

• Strong Organization and Planning skills 

• Good written and verbal communication skills 

• Ability to adjust plan to evolving business needs  

Top Candidates will also have: 

• Minimum  8 to 10  Years of IT Experience in software development and testing

• Knowledge of configuration and integration experience working with EWM or SPM

• Strengths in areas of personal planning, initiating actions, delegation, building consensus, decision making, leadership and interpersonal skills
