Job Duties / Responsibilities: 

• Be accountable to ensure to identify the incidents patterns and provide solution. 

• Be responsible to identify user errors and work with  business and operations teams, for proper training to the warehouse users

• Identify the business process where automation is possible and deploy RPA BOTs

• Mentoring OCC monitoring team and L1 support team members. 

• Document work arounds and solutions for incidents.

• Perform post analysis of P1 incidents and document.

• Continuous interaction with Business teams.

• ABAP coding skills will be added advantage.

Required Experience:  

• This position requires 3 to 4 years’ experience in Functional area of SAP EWM Having ABAP skills can be value addition to the job as it involves investigation on queues/Idocs

• Graduate in Information Technology related field with relevant industry experience

Basic Qualifications: 

• Responsibilities of the position is to provide Production support of which includes working on Incidents, interaction with warehouse operations and business teams

• It also includes co-ordination with other SPM modules like CRM,SPP gATP etc

• Strong understanding and experience in Warehouse Management Solutions and automation. 

• Having ABAP skills can be value addition to the job as it involves investigation on queues/Idocs. It also required to work in 24/7 model.  

• Experience in configuring and integration EWM solution with other SAP Business suites or third party tools

• Collaborative skills working with Business Partners in developing Business Processes, creation of Architecture Design Documents and share with senior IT and Business leaders 

• Strong understanding and experience with the software development Lifecycle and working with IT Development team in realizing project solutions 

• Strong Organization and Planning skills 

• Good written and verbal communication skills 

• Ability to adjust plan to evolving business needs  

Top Candidates will also have: 

• Minimum  3 to 4  Years of IT Experience in software development and testing

• Knowledge of configuration and integration experience working with EWM

• Strengths in areas of personal planning, initiating actions, delegation, building consensus, decision making, leadership and interpersonal skills
