Investor Relations, Corporate Broking, Analyst Location - 8 Canada Square, London Support Corporate Broking and the CB IR team undertaking investor relations and corporate access activities. Global activity, significant focus on UK and European events. Reporting into the Head of Investor Relations, Corporate broking. Responsibilities: Major Challenges:
 Help to deliver the Investor Relations product suite on behalf of the firm’s corporate broking clients, as well as potential clients.
ï‚§ Create and deliver bespoke, tailored and targeted roadshows for each client throughout the year.
ï‚§ Delivery of detailed, well written and useful feedback reports following a roadshow or event (in a timely manner).
 Execution and delivery of deal roadshows (IPO’s, fundraisings etc.).
ï‚§ Maintain communication channels internally across different teams.
ï‚§ Liaising with overseas offices to organise and deliver targeted and bespoke roadshows across multiple regions.
ï‚§ Maintenance of the roadshow management and CRM system.
 Understand each client’s commercial activities in order to communicate effectively to the investment community.

• Tight timelines, need to prioritise and multi-task.
• Multiple event overlap.
• Coordination between ECM and sales.
• Client facing role on a frequent basis.
• Ability to adapt plans quickly as client requests and immediate issues arise.
