Collaborate with and be a strong partner to hiring managers by defining mutual success and setting expectations for timeframes and recruiting support to provide a positive client experience.

Serve as a main resource for candidates throughout the hiring process – be able to market Fidelity, answer questions, and communicate status.

Utilize state of the art sourcing tools, diversity partnerships, and techniques and track on prospect activity.

Lead on events strategy to engage students prior to the recruitment process, educate them on Fidelity and our opportunities, and attract them to the firm.

Partner with Talent Acquisition Programs and Enterprise University Talent teams to ensure a streamlined approach to Fidelity campus recruitment.

Excellent communication skills, and comfort in presenting to audiences at different levels in the organization.
