What are we looking for?

• Degree in a business-related field
  Supply Chain designation or equivalent preferred
  Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced proficiency in Excel
  5 years’ experience in operations required, supply chain experience preferred
  Strong project management experience
  Analytical as well as proven time management skills
  Ability to effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders at various levels of the organization

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Creates inventory strategy and aligns stakeholders to a mutual plan.

  Analyzes and forecasts product requirements based on service strategy and established stock targets.           

  Maximizes Distribution Centre(s) efficiency with established inventory control program and supplier distribution strategy. 

  Anticipates variances to plan through stock signals and works with all stakeholders to manage inventory levels.

  Manages product deliveries to distribution centres.

  Expedites orders to ensure that product is received when it is scheduled.

  Analyzes data to anticipate future needs and adjusts plans accordingly.

  Partners for continuous improvement in the logistics process to manage costs and/or inventory levels.

  Lead and develop team of Planners/Analysts to ensure high level of performance and development.

  Support manufacturing locations and build relationships with the site associates.

  Identifies issues and develops mutual recommendations for internal and external customers.
