JOB DESCRIPTION: AREA MANAGER CP SKIN HEALTH - CANADA, MEXICO, LATAM
Analyze and identify new business opportunities and channels to extend brands distribution (Canada/Mexico/LATAM) and synergies for Filorga/PCA Skin/Elta MD
Select the right Distributor for the right brand to develop a given country
Grew and achieved sales target
Maintain excellent service and sales support to build and maintain strong long-term relationships with Retailers/E-retailers/Distributors
Oversee the activities and performance of all each distributor, provide monthly reporting, including:
Setting the right pricing
Negotiating the 3 years NS target
Piloting and controlling the A&P budget at granular level with distributor
Tracking the Sales evolution and creating adhoc support plans
Tracking the channel strategy to extend brand distribution
Coach, develop and motivate distributors and their sales team (Sales objectives, Planning management, Training)
Execute Trade Marketing plan and give recommendation based on field experience
Skills:
Spanish speaker - bilingual required

Communicates effectively, able to negotiate and influence
Proficient Excel, Google Sheets, Google Suite and analytical skills
Experience in budget planning and customer management
