We’ll trust you to:

• Develop creative project plans and maintain roadmap/timelines for large-scale global talent projects
• Educate managers on avenues to advertise and amplify their open roles
• Promote open roles and available talent internally through creative communications and internal events
• Meet with internal employees to understand their motivations, skills, and interests and work with recruiting colleagues to identify aligned roles
• Stay informed on all available talent/roles/succession plans
• Ensure employees have a mobility experience that is transparent, inclusive, and helps them feel prepared  throughout the entire process 
• Identify tools and services that enhance our ability to leverage internal talent and track progress

You’ll need to have:

• Internal Mobility recruiting experience
• Experience managing large-scale HR initiatives
• An eagerness to learn about Bloomberg’s engineering teams and departments 
• A passion for matching candidates with the right opportunities
• Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
• A consultative approach with the ability to influence
• Excellent organization, prioritization, presentation and project management skills
• Be a team player who’s self-aware, acts with integrity and values diversity

You will ideally have:

• A background in technical / software engineering recruitment
