We have an exciting opportunity to join our high performing and award winning Internal Communications team as an internal communications officer.
You will get to tell the story of what makes HM Land Registry a great place to work. You will support in the delivery of the business strategy by communicating key organisational messages and encouraging two-way conversations between our people and leaders.
In this role you will provide specialist professional internal communication skills and advice to support HM Land Registry’s overarching communication strategy. You will support senior communication colleagues with the planning, management, delivery and evaluation of internal communications for HM Land Registry. You will also support in the delivery of change communications and engagement activity. In doing so, you will work closely with directorate contacts, and project, culture, and engagement leads to design and implement effective internal comms campaigns.

To be successful in this role, you will have a good understanding of the range of employee insight sources available within an organisation and have experience of developing internal staff engagement approaches. You can demonstrate a practical understanding of organisational functions, roles and communication requirements, to enable the design of contextualised and tailored content for internal audiences. You will have experience of advising, analysing and supporting the implementation of feedback mechanisms. You will be able to demonstrate strategic thinking and action, ability to manage multiple tasks to tight deadlines, demonstrating excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
