The Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing our internal communications strategy and corporate social media responsibility. Efficiently coordinate with the Group’s Communications team to ensure regular, timely and relevant flow of information throughout the organisation. This position will play a vital role in driving and disrupting the historic internal communications approach. At Frasers Group, we are all about ripping up the rule book and reinviting a more strategic, simple and elevated approach. We are looking for an ambitious, creative individual to re-think our people communications strategy and craft a new practise across the group.
• Work with our Group Head of Communications to devise and deliver an effective internal communications and corporate social media strategy
• Manage the production and delivery of planned creative and engaging content across all communication channels within the business
• Manage and challenge Senior Internal Communications Coordinator and Junior Corporate Social Media Manager
• Oversee organisation of our communication platforms
• Work collaboratively with all relevant stakeholders to ensure there is an efficient flow of information across our facias and brands and that internal relationships are effectively maintained
• Liaise and work alongside our brand partners to deliver a Frasers tone of voice and be the main gatekeeper of information from in-house to agency
• Work closely with wider PR team to ensure consistency across the entire department • Work alongside the People Leadership team to develop, refine, and launch a set of internal communications brand guidelines including group-wide tone of voice
• You will be (alongside our Head of Communications) the main point of contact across the business and will deliver internal activations such as company newsletter, management webinars and corporate communications
• Drive the delivery of an Internal Communications relaunch and bring onboard an internal communications intranet platform
• Support Junior Manager to maintain the social content calendar and weekly Group social media reporting
• Monitor with Head of Communications social media responses and engagement with online community
• An in-depth understanding of Social Media channels; Instagram and LinkedIn
