About the Team:
The Brand and Comms Centre of Excellence (COE) at Tesco Mobile, has a clear purpose of protecting, enhancing and growing the Tesco Mobile brand in market.
We're a passionate, dedicated team committed to driving brand differentiation to help unlock the next cycle of business growth.
The Centre of Excellence is comprised of 3 squads, all united with the same common purpose. Not only do we work on our own initiatives and projects, we also support and provide expertise and guidance to the entire business, so no two days are ever the same.
About the Role:
We are looking for a brilliant Internal and External Comms Lead to join the team and spearhead the function.
This is a fast-paced, high profile and dynamic role looking after reputation management, consumer PR and influencer activity through to driving colleague engagement and advocacy. The role sits in a team of 4, and you'll lead from the front, coach, support and help develop a team of high performing engaged comms experts helping us to realise our ambition of being the first choice for Tesco shoppers.
You'll be working with some world-class agencies, brilliant colleagues - both within our shareholders and within Tesco Mobile itself - and be instrumental in driving a real step-change for the brand, as we continue with our Agile transformation.
You'll be in good company too, within the wider CoE your comms squad will be working closely with the Brand Squad, driving the strategy and translating insight into action, as well as our Campaigns Squad, who are accountable for developing high impact brand activations, driving consideration in the market.
