The Job

• Develop weekly/monthly performance dashboards to track Group Marketing KPIs
• Identify problem areas and revert to the respective teams/Unit SPOCs
• Discuss with respective teams/ Unit SPOCs on the status updates and obtain recommendations / initiatives / corrective actions for the following week / month.
• Work closely with all the cross functional teams within Group Marketing in order to obtain relevant information in generating data for weekly and monthly dashboards
• Assist to organize the Monthly Review meetings and assist to compiling the Review deck
• Follow up on corrective actions (discussed at the review) with the Unit SPOCS and update prior to the next session
• Report on other Competitor activities.
• Assist to compile adhoc reports requested by the management or any business analytics required
• Assist in the Divisional Training/ Engagement activity planning and execution

• Undergraduate in Management/Statistics or related field.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• The ability to work as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Detail-oriented.
