What you will do?

You will be working with the Content Management & Media team and support them with

• Community Management for our clients (replying to messages on Facebook and Instagram on behalf of our clients). Team will assign you a list of clients/brands you will be responsible for
• Content Management: coming up with ideas for posts/ads/content based on briefs and strategic content direction for our clients, help team in developing content calendars, and posting on social media
• Keep an eye on conversations happening around various topics and brands and monitoring of trends
• Assist team in reviewing campaign performance
• Attend Campaign brainstorming and planning sessions and contribute with your input
• Assist with research (market, consumer and competitor) for our clients when needed
• Help resolve administrative problems
• Assist with anything else that might be requested by the management team

What skills and experience you will need?

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. printers etc.)
• Eagerness to learn
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Solid written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issue arise
• Good organizational skills
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
