Job Description
You will be working with the Content Management & Media team and support them with
- Community Management for our clients (replying to messages on Facebook and Instagram on behalf of our clients). Team will assign you a list of clients/brands you will be responsible for
- Content Management: coming up with ideas for posts/ads/content based on briefs and strategic content direction for our clients, help team in developing content calendars, and posting on social media
- Keep an eye on conversations happening around various topics and brands and monitoring of trends
- Assist team in reviewing campaign performance
- Attend Campaign brainstorming and planning sessions and contribute with your input
- Assist with research (market, consumer and competitor) for our clients when needed
- Help resolve administrative problems
- Assist with anything else that might be requested by the management team
What skills and experience you will need?
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. printers etc.)
- Eagerness to learn
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issue arise
- Good organizational skills
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
