We are currently recruiting for an Intermediary Product Lead to join our team. This is a B2B digital role, supporting the digital delivery team with strategic and day to day direction, and Life BU stakeholder management, whilst championing investment in the Intermediary digital platform (Connect). The role covers all Life BU products including Pensions/Wealth, Health and Protection. It supports agile, high cadence delivery by removing obstacles, providing leadership and direction to the Connect delivery team, by shaping requirements and prioritising the roadmap. The role holder will interface with the Business Unit (BU) and Operational Stakeholders and ensure the appropriate scope is delivered, risks managed, and BUs optimise deliveries with appropriate ‘go to market’ plans. The role will include an Operational lens, helping reduce intermediary telephony volumes and drive OPEX savings.
