Job Summary The Manager, Intelligence Insights role is responsible for collecting information on technology, competitors and internal knowledge, operationalizing key centralized data, analyzing market data and regulatory assessments and synthesizing market assessments into intelligence reports and dashboards. These competencies and insights will enable the organizations to deliver on AGCO’s strategic objectives. This role provides alignment of cross-regional business decision support to the Senior Leadership team, Board of Directors, and other stakeholders across the organization to coordinate the monitoring and evaluation of early warning indicators and changes to equipment demand, competitive position and market share. This role will understand our internal best practices, external best practices, development opportunities (Process Improvement, Technology Introduction, Standardization, Governance), and drive change where it makes sense to our market intelligence processes to ensure the most advanced capabilities and insights are deployed globally. Job Summary Job Responsibilities Aggregate and provide insight and commentary to global industry, competitive intelligence and market intelligence updates to the senior leadership team, board of directors, investor relations and other internal stakeholdersEngage with stakeholders & establish relationship with key internal and external entities that have industry relevant insights. Establish and implement best practices across the AGCO regions for competitive and market intelligencePublish and standardize reporting of key data such as market share and industry forecasting models of ag equipment demandAssess suppliers of market and competitive intelligence data and establish a common global source where appropriate and identify efficiencies where possible.Communicate to a diverse audience across the organization the results of analytical modeling and insights generated to drive adoption of insights into business decisions. Use data visualizations and storytelling to explain industry, market and competitive insights in a way that is relevant to business stakeholders. Lead the distribution and communication of global intelligence insights in coordination with the regional industry forecasting and market intelligence owners, including explanation of changes to the demand forecast, changes in competitive positioning, coordinate with data scientists to run scenario modeling as needed and forecast accuracy measures.Act as a change agent, engaging with business stakeholders to continue to educate, increase awareness, and build support for world class industry forecasting, competitive intelligence, and market intelligence at AGCO.  Educational background: Market Research, Finance, Economics, Business Analytics or related fieldBachelors, Masters preferred.Analytically mindedStrong conceptual thinking that can break outcomes down into key driversUnderstands the ag industrySynthesizes complex inputs & can present to management team with simple, easy to absorb insights
