GT Integration Support / Developer - Azure
This is an exempt level position.  

Position Summary:

This role will be primarily responsible for maintaining and providing day to day production support of our Azure ecosystem for a number of business critical interfaces. This will include troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and working tickets in our enterprise ticketing system. However, upon successful demonstration of high quality of work, and the ability to influence, there is an opportunity to leverage skills to expand into some project-based work.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily monitoring and support of high-performing Azure interfaces which integrate multiple cross-functional and highly technical systems
• Has experience in a support role, and has understanding of ITIL best practices
• Fulfilling bi-annual Risk and Control requirements (including SOX compliance tasks)
• Pull teams together to appropriately troubleshoot and determine root cause for production issues
• Work closely with technical and functional teams to understand business requirements and plan solutions in line with Azure best practices
• Leverage and promote application integration strategies, standards, guidelines, patterns, and conventions set forth by Architecture
• Perform code reviews and maintain development standards as needed
• Monitor application design and ensures compliance with architectural standards
• Understands tooling for the development and operation of interfaces using message brokers, SOA/ESB tools, ETL, etc.

Required Skills:

• Strong Microsoft Azure technical architecture and integration experience and a deep understanding of integration technologies, patterns and practices
• Broad understanding Azure Integration Services (LogicApps, ServiceBus, API Management, Event Grid, Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions)
• Exposure to Monitoring and Logging frameworks used by Azure Resources
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Possess the ability to collaborate and work well with other individuals and teams
• Basic working knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps
• Hands on experience in developing cloud native applications using .NET core
• Understanding of Security Standards - SSL, PGP, Encryption, SAML, OAuth etc.,
• Understanding of major communication protocols such as FTP, SFTP, HTTPS, SOAP, TCPIP, JDBC, AMQP etc,
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
• Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) Certification a plus
