Job Description

Position Overview:
As a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), the Integration Manager will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in order to manage all site integration/transformation projects.  This role will manage process integration through application of knowledge, while mitigating project risks and resolving onsite problems to ensure objectives are delivered in a timely manner.

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Transition work related to the Refresco ownership transfer on or about 1/28/2022, with emphasis on: a.) QSHE compliance b.) No service interruption and full production capability (Business Continuity) c.) Skill building to prepare the team (hourly & salaried) d.) Continuity with Office & Admin functions
  • Establish/manage Masterplan for visits, vendor communication
  • Coordinates TSA support
  • Facilitates Truesdale Lessons Learned workstream
  • Overall coordination of stakeholders (NAOU/PwC, Refresco/KPMG, Brad Bell, Waco, etc.)
  • Drives Training/Skill building work and align with Refresco
  • Works with HR on Culture/Change Management
  • Aligns transition with SAP/Contour workstream
  • Performs business analysis, evaluations, and makes critical project recommendations
  • Develops and maintains project plan documentation
  • Collaborates with plant leadership and other key stakeholders to create execution plans
  • Proactively and effectively communicates with external suppliers, functional peers, account teams and/or cross-functional teams to build strategic direction of programs, and to develop communication strategies that help drive adoption of project strategies and behavior change
  • Ensures all project activities are compliant with all federal, local, regulatory and Company policies and procedures
  • Provides leadership and coordination to obtain project resources
  • Operates with a large degree of autonomy while being accountable for transformation activities – flexible and adaptable
  • Operates with a business focused, data-driven mindset and understanding of how internal and external communications campaigns can help drive the business.
  • Drives change, communications, and campaigns for strategic initiatives and transformations with a demonstrated proficiency in change capabilities and integrated communications that build stakeholder buy-in, and drive adoption of changes and desired behaviors.
  • Manages and coordinating components of enterprise-wide change programs delivering business objectives, with a demonstrated ability to multitask and manage different priorities and stakeholders at the same time
  • Provides strategic business advice to stakeholders, helping them understand facts, context and messages, driving consistent messaging through all engagement tactics, and working with the broader Communications Team to align messaging across the business as needed
  • Coaches and provide development opportunities to more junior team members
  • Exhibit a commitment to continuous improvement through innovation, upskilling, simplification and adoption of tools.
  • Leverages technical capabilities and data to measure adoption, report out to leadership and drive teamwork
  • Leverages technology and tools that enable communications and collaboration including Microsoft 365, Google platforms and tools; project and content management systems; data analytics software.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 7-10 years production/manufacturing experience, preferably in the food and/or beverage industry. 
  • 2+ years supervisory experience
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams showing improvement in plant KPIs.
  • Requires experience managing people/budgets.
  • Working knowledge of the principles of manufacturing management.
  • Working knowledge of specific supply chain capabilities, strategies and interdependencies.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and coordinate efforts around process improvement.
  • Working knowledge of basic elements of Good Manufacturing Practices in a manufacturing environment

JOB LOCATION AND WORK CONDITIONS:

Work is performed in high-speed bottling, manufacturing, and warehouse environment.  Work requires exposure to all temperature changes, high noise levels, working around moving equipment, tanks, heights, wet conditions, fumes, vibrations, dust, etc.  Working hours must be flexible with the ability to work all shifts and extended hours as required.
