Our role

As an Insurance Adviser you’ll take our market leading product to customers in order to protect them. Developing an in-depth knowledge of our products, looking out for new opportunities and converting these to business are the keys to being successful in this role.

This role covers clients and customers across the Hamilton region.

Our ideal candidate

We're searching for those who already have an industry and/or community presence and are well connected. Having an insurance and/or banking background is also useful, along with your NZ Certificate in Financial Services Level 5 or equivalent, or you are at least working towards it.

A great fit would be someone who is results driven, has a great attitude and excellent interpersonal skills. While you bring the experience in forming external relationships, we’ll also need you to be comfortable building internal relationships too.

Our work with the customer is at the forefront of our minds so having the ability to identify the fair way to approach things is a must. Our business is highly agile so we need our workforce to be as well. If you have the skills to adapt quickly, thrive in a fast paced and performance based environment then you could be just the person we’re looking for.
