Our role

As a High Net Worth Insurance Adviser you’ll take our market leading product and grow our footprint across the commercial, agriculture and private banking sectors. In addition to business development, you’ll provide top level service to an existing book of high value customers. Developing in depth knowledge of our products, looking out for new opportunities and converting these to business are the keys to being successful in this role.

Our ideal candidate

We’re looking for a strong relationship builder with commercial, agriculture, private banking and/or financial sector experience. You’ll have an industry and/or community presence being well connected across your sector or community. You’ll hold a Are you a and insurance and/or banking experience will be useful.

While you’ll be mobile, team fit is equally as important to us. Someone who is results driven, has a great attitude and interpersonal skills will do well. While you have experience forming external relationships, you’ll need to be comfortable building internal relationships too.

We work with the customer at the forefront of our minds so having the ability to identify the fair way to approach things is a must. Our business is highly agile so we need our workforce to be as well. If you have the skills to adapt quickly, thrive in a fast paced and performance based environment then you could be just the person we’re looking for.
