2+ years of Consumer Packaged Goods experience in consumer research
Prior experience in Pet Food Category or Consumer Packaged Goods preferred
4-year degree minimum, master’s preferred or equivalent experience
What will be your key responsibilities?
This role executes the insights plan for the Super-Premium Natural team and partners with US Marketing, Sales Planning, R&D, Supply, Finance as well as Global Consumer Market Insights.
Proactively work with cross-functional teams to identify knowledge gaps. Develop strategic learning agenda based on a deep understanding and analysis of consumers, shoppers, channels, competitors and US market trends.
Leverage all data sources (past research, secondary data, CRM data, and digital tracking) to develop & share-out multisource insights syntheses. Provide analytical expertise in business drivers and key performance metrics including Flywheel analysis. Lead the development & implementation of regular insights share-outs that drive the consumer voice throughout the organization.
Ensures consumer insights are deployed to Marketing, Sales, Category Management, Shopper Marketing and translated into clear customer activation plans.
