• Responsible for leading digital insights projects to support and help set direction for the overall connected ecosystem strategy and the growing LEGO® Digital kids engagement business specifically.
• Challenge the status quo and demonstrate the ability to think digital and further develop digital consumer tracking across the LEGO Group’s platforms and touchpoints.
• Drive innovative and game-changing digital research approaches and methodologies including building new capabilities within connected ecosystem data, big data etc.
• Work closely with the Global Insights business partners to define insights needs that unlock potential.
• Work close with the Global Insights data platform team and marketing effectiveness to connect ecosystem data across sources (such as NPS and OESP).
• Manage partnerships with new and existing external insights partners.
• Be part of a newly formed Center of Excellence team and take part in an exciting change journey.

Global Insights is multi-faceted with different teams working across multiple areas which include e.g., concept, product & marketing innovation research, G2M research, performance and brand tracking. This manager position will sit in the Global Insights Center of Excellence team playing a critical role in executing research projects and support insights-led decision making related to our marketing strategy and our connected ecosystem.
We are looking for a candidate with 5+ years of relevant experience from a research or media agency, consultancy, or insights management function in an innovative, fast-paced company. We are seeking relevant economic or business education at a masters/MBA level coupled with a digital mindset. You will have a solid understanding of the nature of digital analytics from either agency or client side. You will bring a strong track-record of developing insights and recommendations that ultimately lead to improved connected ecosystem consumer journeys and touchpoint engagement, and thereby brand growth
In addition, we expect that you have:
• Thorough experience with a wide variety of digital research/tracking/platform methodologies, and demonstrated ability to interpret data from multiple sources, incl. both proprietary and syndicated data
• Experience with working across the two worlds of insights and digital data (including understanding the role of NPS in the ecosystem and across touchpoints)
• An understanding of the Metaverse
• A future-focused mindset with good understanding of the dynamics between media and marketing effectiveness.
• A strong collaboration and networking mindset
• Strong ability to work across datapoints, cultures and audiences
• Relevant business acumen and ability and passion to bridge this with generated insights for optimal impact on the business
• Confidence in presenting and have experience with insights synthesis
