The SLIC Insights Analyst coordinates activities that take place at SLIC, our customer and consumer engagement center.  This position will manage the planning and execution of SLIC related category and insights projects including shelf re-sets, Plan-o-gram design, and primary research projects. In addition, this position will work with customer and category insight managers and account teams to identify key business questions, project objectives and deliverables.

What are we looking for?

• 2 years of work experience in insights, market research, or category management
• Track record of successfully commercializing innovation, category solutions, or business strategies that unlock growth

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Work with customer and category insights manages to identify and build most appropriate knowledge management solution for each team

• Analyze, summarize and prepare findings for sharing/inclusion in category insights selling stories/toolkits.

• Work with customer and category insights managers to identify and acquire analytics, presentations, training materials, etc. and ensure documents are filed and maintained as agreed upon (i.e. global pet connect, share point, Synapse).

• Lead onboarding of new associates to the resources available to access insights/insights team materials available for organizational use.
