The world has changed - particularly when it comes to ways of working. This role is 100% work from home, but we’ll ferry you in a few times a year from wherever you are in the UK for team or company days, or our famous giffgaff summer and Christmas celebrations.
The role and the team :
The Insights team work closely with the strategists, keeping giffgaff updated and informed about the health of the brand, key market and competitor developments and most importantly what that means for this business ‘the so what’ and how/what to action. Member & market insight is highly sought after and valued by everyone at giffgaff.
The role is accountable for collecting, collating and reporting of our member data from various sources within the business and in particular using social listening tools for consumer insight. This role will be responsible for learning to use social listening tools and critically interpreting the language used by consumers into meaningful insight. Furthermore this role will play a pivotal role in supporting the business by providing maintenance to our knowledge management processes.
This role would suit anyone passionate about human psychology and language interpretation and who is keen to start their career in a business that values those who are ambitious and willing to learn.
