Claris Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Apple Inc., is looking for an outstanding, collaborative and ambitious Inside Sales Representative tasked with growing our new business in EMEA. The Inside Sales Representative (ISR), reporting into the EMEA New Business Manager, will be responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. You will also build rapport with customers and strategic partners through friendly and engaging communication. In this role, you will be a great teammate and define/manage/coordinate work with individuals across the Claris organization. You will collaborate with other ISR’s and Sales Management to ensure there is effective engagement with all opportunities. This is a quota carrying position with the goal to increase Claris new and expansion sales in EMEA.
- We manage a sales pipeline and maintain our internal customer license database- We establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships- We research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest- We achieve quarterly revenue targets through inbound/outbound telephone sales- We up-sell and cross-sell within our install base to generate new licensing opportunities
