ust-have qualifications 

• High school diploma/GED equivalent or higher
• Minimum of 2 years of property casualty or business to business sales experience

Preferred skills 

• Strong sales skills including rapport building, discovery, and closing techniques
• Prefer commercial lines experience
• Ability to deliver attentive, knowledgeable, and confident phone customer service
• Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and results to identify business opportunities

Schedule

• Monday- Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm, 8:30am- 5:00pm or 9:00am-5:30pm EST (for Mayfield Village position)
• Monday- Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm, 8:30am- 5:00pm or 9:00am-5:30pm MT (for Colorado Springs position)

Compensation 

• Salary range: $43,000 - $53,700/year
• Gainshare bonus up to 16% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
