The role:

This role is responsible for leading a team of VGE UK Digital National Account Managers (Acquisition) , focused on winning new business in the UK across a portfolio of existing Vodafone global customers. The team will be focused on hunting new opportunity, building relationships, awareness, trust and business value across the customers C suite from scratch. Ensuring that the team is constantly identifying and opportunity across your of accounts will be key to your success. 

 

You will be accountable for ensuring that the team achieve their Sales KPI’s and that focus is placed on the coaching and development of team members. You will be responsible for delivering against sales targets, ensuring systematic pipeline build and ensuring customers and prospects have a best-in-class experience when dealing with Vodafone.  In this role you will be expected to work closely across a wide range of internal and external stakeholders at a senior level and work across the C suite of our Global Enterprise customers. You will need to have the ability to work with data and insights, identifying opportunity across your base of accounts and define and deliver on specific plans and initiatives throughout the year.

Job Responsibility


You Will:

• Alongside Regional Lead, drive performance & build a supportive & collaborative Sales culture.
• Maintain, develop & interpret a strategic understanding of both Vodafone & Market insights.
• Drive adoption of key technology enablers
• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders within VGE and VFBUK
• Devise and own customer engagement & sales plan to deliver KPI’s 
• Recruit & successfully on-board new Sales colleagues.
• Ensure all governance, process, quality & compliance is embedded & adhered to.
• Effective management and forecasting of Sales performance.
• Alongside Regional Lead devise and implement training, coaching & mentoring programme to ensure high performance culture & results.
• Present to stakeholders & senior Management within Digital Sales when required.
• Promote a growth mindset; create an environment & opportunity for the team to thrive & develop.

 

We would like you to have:

• Able to lead by example & think with a "Business First" mentality.
• 4+ years Inside Sales industry- related experience.
• Strong change management skills who can actively manage risks and issues – able to identify issues and propose resolutions
• Ability to manage senior internal and external stakeholders (C – suite) to deliver business strategy 
• Devise and manage a high-quality pipeline, supported by exceptional and proven forecasting & delivery skills.
• Take a lead role in networking and promoting Vodafone externally, utilising our network as well as the positive development of client relationships and new pipeline.
• Capable of focusing on complex challenges, logically working through their root causes, and offering several creative options that may achieve a successful solution.
• Exceptional communication skills including Coordination, personal presentation, oral and written communication skills.
