About the role:

We are looking for a new team member to join our rapidly growing team. The role is currently homes bases with a view to return to our Stafford office in the future  with opportunities to attend events and to drive prospect engagement.

Location - Home Based or can work in our office in Stafford

Salary 22k with uncapped commission

Hours Mon- Friday 8.30-5pm or 9-5.30
 

What you will do:

  • Initial contact for new customers and prospects

  • Make outbound telephone calls to an assigned base of existing and new customers

  • Prospecting for new opportunities, qualifying the business need and recording in CRM to enable lead nurturing

  • Provide Account Management support for specific product and project campaigns

  • Provide market intelligence gathering

  • Provide appointment making support

You and your experience:

  • Experience within a inside sales, in house sales tele- marketing, tele-sales, account management environment.

  • Ability to make outbound calls to our existing customers ,new business and our sales team

  • Ability to communicate and engage decision-makers

  • Able to work collaboratively and engage with colleagues

  • Flexibility, adaptability and able to manage their own workload
