What you will achieve

As an Inside Client Sales Product Specialist, you will deliver technical solutions to the Inside sales teams. You will be a subject matter expert on complex solutions to fulfill customer needs.  

You will:

  • Provide technical product knowledge to sales teams, working collaboratively to meet and exceed objectives
  • Proactively reach out to customers to help solve problems, recommending our specialty solutions
  • Utilize HVS to build a new Salesforce pipeline
  • Proactively create and manage Salesforce opportunities
  • Meet and exceed quarterly quota
  • Stay up to date with current industry trends and their impact on customers to solve specific market challenges in targeted industries
  • Analyze multiple market and industry factors to anticipate and identify customer needs, recommending appropriate specialty client solutions

Essential Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role with proven sales skills
  • Technical knowledge not required but must exhibit eagerness to learn
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
  • Ability to deliver Dell’s technology message to customers
  • Hustle, grit, and passion to be a self-starter and critical thinker
  • Positive and motivating team member
  • Focus on personal results and the results of the team (CSG and Sales)

Desirable Requirements

  • Associate/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Curiosity in cutting-edge client technology solutions
