Workingwith a market leading manufacturer, Premier Work Support have a fantasticopportunity for an Injection Moulding Setter to work at their flagship site inReading. This is a role not to be missed for a skilled setter seeking todevelop their career.

Duties will include ensuring that tools are setand run to meet the daily requirements of the component orders, making sure thecorrect products are manufactured to meet stock requirements & customerorders, ensuring tools are set to maintain maximum productivity, productionperformance & safety and that the correct material and master batch is usedto produce the parts fully in line with the briefing.

You will follow all procedures defined on the worksheets such as carrying out daily machine maintenance, recording machinesettings correctly, inspecting the first off and last off plastic parts andensuring the first off part is attached to the setting sheet, monitoringproduction & productivity, troubleshooting lines and products.

The key skills required include a strongbackground in injection moulding processes, machine operation, materialprocessing, machine maintenance and polymer plastic material processes.

This role is a permanent, full time opportunityworking 47 hours on a shift basis Friday to Monday between 06:00 pm to 06:00 amdepending on business requirements.
