P&G is looking for an Initiative Operations Planning Senior Manager who has top level accountability for the results of the planner roles within your business: Initiative Operations Leaders (IOL), Conversion Analysts (CA), and Initiative Operations Planning (IOP) Key User. This position provides leadership across the defined IOP work processes and is the champion of Initiative Management process and tools improvements within your team.
You will also be responsible for ensuring sufficient organizational capability exists to support the initiative planning operations. You’ll be accountable for the overall execution of IOP work processes and delivering initiative SNO related results in cost, cash (inventory), service, quality and within schedule.

Qualifications
Requirements:
Must have a minimum bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management/Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or other related degree and/or relevant experience.
Must have 3 – 5 years experience
Strong project management skills (develop base plans, change management, risk management).
Excellent communication (oral and written)
Preferred:
Data visualization tools i.e. Tableau, Power BI, Knime, etc.
SAP experience desired
Previous experience leading initiatives
