Procter & Gamble is looking for Initiative Operations Planning Business Process Senior Manager in Cincinnati, Ohio. This position will manage the Initiative Operations Planning (IOP) organization for a Category or Horizontal Customization Planning & Execution organization within the Planning Service Center (PSC) and has top level accountability for the results of the IOP planner roles within their business: Initiative Operations Leaders (IOL), Conversion Analysts (CA), and IOP Key User.
This role provides IOP leadership across all defined IOP work processes and is the champion of Initiative Management process and tools improvements. You will be responsible for ensuring sufficient organizational capability exists to support the initiative planning operations and driving mastery within the organization. You will be accountable for the overall execution of IOP work processes and accountable for delivering initiative Supply Network Operations related results in cost, cash (inventory), service, quality, and schedule through execution of action plans and standard work processes.

Qualifications
Required:
Must have a minimum bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management/Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, any related degree and/or degree with relevant experience
Must have 3 -5 years of supply chain experience
Proficient in Excel or other data analytics tools
Excellent communication (both written and oral)
Demonstrated skills in problem solving and leadership
