Overview

We seek an engineer with a passion for implementing and architecting effective VSI/VDI solutions within the Infrastructure Services team.

Responsibilities

We seek people who:

• Demonstrates knowledge with effective development and maintenance of reliable and secure computing infrastructure to preserve corporate system data integrity, system availability and proper functioning of computer systems
• Motivated to learn new technology and apply unique solutions to the support the infrastructure, our customers, team goals and roadmaps
• Highly organized and can multi-task on a variety of infrastructure assignments and provide updated status to management in an ongoing basis
• Assures timely completion of all assigned IS projects within the budgetary guidelines mutually agreed upon with IS management and assures the results are of a consistently high quality that meets business needs
• Monitor performance and function of VDI/VSI Infrastructure systems and applications
• Resolve technical end-user issues and support infrastructure systems on call rotation

Qualifications

We seek people with these qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of experience Hyperconverged (VXRail or similar)
• 1-3 years of experience VMware Administration (vCenter, ESXi, VSAN, NSX)
• 1-3 years supporting backend physical server infrastructure
• 1-3 years supporting Microsoft Servers (2012, 2016, 2019)
• 1-3 years of experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP
• 1-3 years supporting help desk and technical support teams
