This position will join a team of engineers all tasked with product ownership of multiple enterprise systems management platforms. These toolsets provide a wide range of features and functionality across Cigna IT from software distribution and security patching to real-time data collection for security threat analysis and hardware\software asset inventories. This position will represent the Client Engineering department as part of the Endpoint Management team within GXI (Global Experience and Identity). You will collaborate heavily with various teams and organizations across Cigna IT ultimately delivering an optimum colleague industry-leading experience.

This role is Work from Home which allows most work to be performed at home. Work from Home employees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 if they choose to come onsite or if required to periodically come on site

Specific areas of responsibility are:

• Perform any\all engineering duties involved with product ownership of Enterprise Systems Management platforms
• Scheduling and implementing changes for managed infrastructures.
• Engineering solutions to address systemic issues, product shortcomings, and environmental problems.
• Documentation of changes and transfer of knowledge using verbal and written methods.
• Architect test, development and validation strategies for the goal of improving overall efficiency
• Provide level 4 support for internal support organizations.
• Provide off hours support on a rotational basis.
• Collaborate with other teams to drive to a common goal.

Qualifications:

• College Degree preferred with 7-10 years minimum experience working in a large global enterprise IT environment.
• Intermediate to advanced level knowledge of at minimum 1 of the following products (2 preferred):
  • Tanium
  • Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM), Intune, Microsoft System Center Orchestrator (SCORCH),
  • FlexeraOne, Flexera AppPortal,
  • BeyondTrust Remote Support (Bomgar)
  • Nexthink
• PowerShell, VBScript, JavaScript, SQL or similar scripting or development knowledge required to automate processes, tasks and integration points between internal and 3rd party software types
• Able to communicate effectively via written and oral communications.
• Works well alone and in a team environment.

• Customer oriented personality.
• Desire to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Sound decision making process
• Understand how their actions affect the overall team and organizational goals

• Must be a current contractor with Cigna, Express Scripts, or Evernorth. Evernorth is a new business within the Cigna Corporation. 

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $111,900 - $186,500, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
