Position Summary:
Infrastructure Business Alignment Analyst role will work closely with all Reyes Holdings corporate IT groups to ensure business objectives are met while maintaining compliance with corporate policies and standards. This role is responsible for project managing, collecting, modeling, and analyzing data for the purpose of understanding the business needs against IT technology demands. This role will provide insights and direction to establishing infrastructure standards regarding the operation, maintenance, management and enhancement of the MB United States IT infrastructure and associated applications.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
Provide the primary interface between Reyes Holdings IT Shared Services and Martin Brower US Division to identify customer project and business requirements (Work In-Take Process).
Communicate with the customer in a consultative manner to understand requirements while pushing back on demand and technologies that may not be closely aligned with business goals or corporate standards/policies.
Work to ensure that Infrastructure prioritization of business requests are in alignment with the Martin Brower Division business strategy and view of priority.
Actively seek ways to apply technologies to business projects and processes in the Martin Brower US Division business units, ensuring technologies are aligned with business strategies.
Partner with IT senior management and peer-level managers to assess the technological cost and impact of recommended changes, helps clarify priorities, and coordinates cross-organizational common needs.
Manage multiple enterprise Infrastructure projects and provides IT consulting services to Martin Brower Division business units.
Participate in all phases of the Martin Brower US business unit technology planning process and product road map to provide resource, design, budget, and schedule estimates for global infrastructure support.
Represent Customer Business and Business Process Understanding.
Coordinate and present the Problem Management Process (post-mortem) and lessons learned to the Martin Brower US business unit leaders.
Follow established project management guidelines and processes to track and develop project plans and conduct project meetings for reporting project statuses.
