Job Description:

As an Information Security Consultant to engage directly with customers and prospects in product/service-related matters of Information Security and Data processing. Work with product development teams and advise of security considerations regarding product development recommend and undertake vulnerability and surface attack testing.

Developing security lead product and service offerings (SOC/SIEM, other)

You will have deep product & services knowledge, hands-on industry experience of Information Security and who would be available for key tasks such as  Presales & customer engagement, with input into the design and delivery of the end solution. Help set the direction of products from a security perspective. Assess new security vulnerabilities, impacts of any regularity changes. Review new facilities / techniques and services in the relation to information security

Location - Home-Based Remote with flexibility to travel to customer sites when required.

What you’ll be doing:

• Ensuring Group & Divisional policies are implemented locally
• Providing advice on Information Security related to AMT-SYBEX’s products and services
• Supporting all business functions in Information Security related activities
• Provide consulting to customer on Security considerations act as AMT’s SME in technology discussions
• Work with product development teams and advise of security considerations in regard to product development recommend and undertake vulnerability and surface attack testing
• Keep up to date with industry best practise and new security technology working with the technical and product teams
• Input into solution designs for PQQ/RFx/ITT tender responses and individual proposals
• Review and advise new security risks considerations
• Own completion and maintenance of responses to security questionnaires
• Help define and maintain security policies and maintain ISO27001 certification

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in building and delivering secure solutions encompassing people, process, technology, and environment domains.
• Experience in agile practices, continuous deployment, and automated pipelines as it pertains to security
• Hands on approach with practical knowledge of implementing secure solutions
• Demonstrable knowledge of current technologies, techniques, regulations, and best practice in Information Security
• Ability to lead information security engagements with internal & external customers
• Experience presenting security concepts or findings to both highly technical and non-technical audiences.
• Operational knowledge of common security frameworks and standards.
• Experience of implementing security for applications within Cloud Infrastructure – ideally Azure or AWS
• Certifications relevant to Cybersecurity for example CISSP, CISM, CESG 
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Well-developed analytic, qualitative, and quantitative reasoning skills and demonstrated creative problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Experience supporting and enhancing Secure Development Lifecycles
• Experience of Security Operations Centre’s and SIEM solutions
• Strong Active Directory experience
• Strong knowledge of network security within corporate and hybrid Cloud environments
• Experience working in an ITIL environment.
• Experience working within the Utilities and Transport sectors
