Job Description
Fortune 5 CVS Health is hiring for a Senior Informatics Consultant. The Operational Reporting and Analytics team within the Medical Economics Unit (MEU) is responsible for operational measurement and analysis for all Care Management programs. You will act as the analytic lead for complex projects involving multiple resources and tasks while providing support of business objectives.
You will maintain operational reports by understanding business requirements, program data sources and coding. In addition, you will own the oversight of the operational results and reporting processes as well as consulting with Program Design, Operations, Underwriting and Quality Management.

Collaboration with external customer and project team will be a main part of this position. Furthermore, it will support efforts to drive continuous improvement.

This role is open to Fully Remote Location

Key components of this position include:
• Proactively lead assigned projects by creating project timelines, identifying key milestones and issues that may stall assigned projects and working with manager to address them.
• You should have demonstrated skills in documenting detailed requirements, data gathering, interpretation, analysis and presentation.
• Expertise in PC SAS/SAS EG, Access and Excel is required.
• Knowledge of Power BI development is a plus.
• Knowledge Hadoop and MedCompass data is required.
• Knowledge of Aetna Care Management data is a plus.
• Excellent understanding of the care management programs, attention to detail and delivering accurate requirements on time is essential.
• The candidate should have a strong passion for data integrity with an eye for detail, but also be in tune with the big picture.
• This individual should understand their audience and associated work processes to be able to effectively turn business requirements into meaningful information.
• Expectations are that this individual will have solid verbal and written communication skills to facilitate independent follow through on process questions and problem resolution.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels of management.
• Experience with reporting on large datasets and presenting to business leaders to make informed business decisions; using a variety of tools such as; Office 365 products (Excel, Access etc.)

Required Qualifications
7 or more years reporting experience including advanced programming and data transformation skills (e.g PC SAS, SAS EG or similar programming tools)

• Manages personal resources and cross-functional projects and customer expectations to achieve constituent satisfaction. Responsible for project commitments to quality and on-time deliverables. Ability to manage conflicting priorities and multiple projects concurrently.
• Willingness to understand and probe into technical details. Contributes to a motivated work environment by working effectively to achieve common goals. Creates and evaluates the data needs of assigned projects and assures the integrity of the data. Conducts analyses that may be suitable for publication external presentations.
• Works independently to plan and conduct sophisticated analyses.
Proficient in multiple system applications and data stores.

Education
Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience required.
