Then read on, because the EU Marketing and Prime organization is looking for a Influencer Development Manager for French based Influencers.

The Influencer Development Manager is the single threaded influencer development leader in ‘lifestyle’ categories Fashion and Beauty within the Amazon Influencer Program, with the following three attributes:
· You are customer obsessed: You will be obsessed with our influencer community, helping them build their businesses and supporting them use the Amazon Influencer tools to implement effective integrations (links, personalised influencer pages, shoppable images etc.) You are deep on current influencer trends and understand how our expansive range of Fashion and Beauty products fit into content creators’ strategies. You will explore revenue driving opportunities with leading influencers in this segment.
· You are strategic-minded: You will develop, execute, and refine an end to end influencer management strategy in partnership with the Fashion and Beauty teams. You will be an advocate for building 18-24 customer engagement across all EU locales and work closely with Amazon Influencer Marketing teams as well as supporting PR, Creative and Marketing departments to foster brand advocacy. Using your deep knowledge of social media and influencer marketing you will develop innovative integrations which help unlock new opportunities for Amazon.
· You are data focused: You will have responsibility for identifying onboarding, training and optimising a portfolio of top commercial content creators and driving the adoption of best practice. You will be responsible for defining performance KPIs and identifying core gaps in our product and marketing offering. As the owner for the performance reviews you will utilize data to drive cost effective investment strategies for influencers featuring Fashion and Beauty content. You will use data to drive negotiations and unlock key high profile partnerships with top influencers
The role will be based in the UK.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Who you are:
· You hold a Bachelor/Master degree, preferably in marketing or equivalent discipline
· 4-5 years of work experience including 2 working in influencer marketing/ creator development
· You have a passion and a deep understanding of the social media content creator space
· Excellent customer intuition; demonstrated success in identifying, prioritizing and delivering campaigns and go-to-market launch plans that delight customers and demonstrate measurable results
· Developed interpersonal and communication skills in English – both written and verbal
· You have good command of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
· Fluent in French

You are good at:
· Cultivating strong working relationships and driving collaboration across multiple teams.
· Adept at developing strong, one-to-one relationships with external partners
· Communicating plans to senior management, as well as with colleagues from both tech and non-tech backgrounds
· Managing multiple competing priorities effectively and independently
· Problem solving and trouble-shooting with an acute attention to detail

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

You might also have:
· Experience delivering innovative social media-based programs or campaigns
· Familiarity with Social analytics and media terminology
· Knowledge of and passion for beauty and fashion products
· Dual language capabilities (German, Italian, Spanish)
