Industrial Water Technology Specialist

Partner with the best
 

As a Industrial Water Technology Engineer, you will take ownership for global customers to ensure that we deliver a flawless services. You will provide SME guidance and support for technical evaluations, change treatment programs and troubleshooting of issues. You will partner with cross-functional teams to provide insight for bids on new opportunities for growth.
 

As a Industrial Water Technology Specialist, you will be responsible for:
 

  • Providing SME support internally and externally for water treatment, chemical product technology, applications and chemistry or refining, petrochemical, power, and desalination
  • Partnering with local teams for new applications and business growth at sites where we do not provide water treatment
  • Collaborating with Business Development Managers and Operations to provide guidance for bids on new business
  • Providing technical support for troubleshooting complex problems and change treatment programmes for customers
  • Managing projects and providing insight to ensure on-time and flawless delivery
  • Overseeing product line design, cost, performance and manufacturing methods and standardization for customer solutions


Fuel your passion
 

To be successful in this role you will:
 

  • Have Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Math, Chemistry, or Biology and 5 years minimum demonstrate professional expertise in this area
  • Demonstrate excellent presentation skills including communicating complex technical content to a range of audiences
  • Demonstrate a commercial understanding of the Americas Refining market
  • Have water treatment experience in refinery, cooling and boiler treatment, wastewater and application support
  • Be willing and able to travel internationally and nationally between 40 and 60% of the time
  • Have solid industrial process knowledge
  • Display good communication skills with fluency in verbal and written English
  • Be able to lead, plan, coordinate and deliver projects and programs successfully
