In Our Test/Industrial Engineering team - this position takes charge of capacity analysis, UPH, process evaluation, process capacity constraints and infrastructure definition alongside NPI teams. We’re a team of expert engineers responsible for the development of process capability, capacity analysis (short and long term), evaluation of process constraints and the formulation of project requests for production improvements and capacity expansion. We’re involved in the whole manufacturing process from assembly to packing and shipping.

What you’ll achieve
As a Test Engineer/ Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for performing capacity analysis for both short and long term plans, evaluate process bottlenecks or capacity constraints, review process output and generate ideas for process improvements, and lead teams for process improvement. You will collaborate with NPI, test engineering, process engineering and other engineering disciplines to determine test and process requirements and help in the capacity analysis and process improvement and capacity expansion projects.
You will:

• Develop risk management plans based on all information available to determine technical and logistical risk to completing manufacturing activities as planned
• Manage daily execution of production plan including internally and/or third- party manufacturing facility
• Report manufacturing execution progress and issues to the engineering team, and manage the issues from creation to closure
• Work with NPI and GOE to resolve product issues discovered during manufacturing and test process

Essential Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of related experience
• Good understanding of Industrial Engineering concepts: UPH (units per hour) capacity constrain resolution, and interactions with other teams and should be able to apply concepts to resolve issues
• Enthusiastic about learning new tools, languages and processes
• Proficient in the use of excel and powerpoint
