Job Description

Ourclient, a busy insurance company in Romford, are seeking an Inbound Sales Agentto join their team on a permanent basis. To be considered for this role, you musthave previous experience within a sales role and have strong communication andIT skills.

Your dutieswill include:

* Handlinginbound sales calls from customers wishing to purchase company insurance
* Identifying customers needs to understand what policy would be best suited
* Up-selling policies to maximise sales opportunities
* Meeting personal sales and performance targets
* Maintaining customer records to ensure our data integrity
* Managing outbound renewal calls for existing customers as and when requiredby the business
* Deliver excellent customer service and contact

Due to currentbusiness requirements, you must have the availability to work from home. Youwill be provided with all the necessary equipment needed for the role.

This is afull-time role, 37.5 hours per week to be worked within the following openinghours:

* Monday toFriday - 8.30am to 8.00pm
* Saturday - 9.00am to 5.00pm
* Sunday - 10.00am to 5.00pm
* Bank Holidays - 10.00am to 4.00pm
