As the Technical Implementation Engineer, you will need to wear the customer's shoes to understand the customer. You should follow the standard process and procedures to troubleshoot customer's issues and offer detailed yet efficient technical solutions. You will be working directly with customers who are in multiple time zones within Southeast Asia and strong verbal communication skills are required. Work with product development and engineering team to manage products through the entire lifecycle, planning, development, testing, implementation, support, and maintenance.

What you will do?

• Support Customers to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions
• Work closely with Service Enablement and Client management team
• Work closely with the development team on issues or bugs over integrations
• Follow up on support tickets and close the issues inefficient manner
• Document the entire support ticket life cycle
• Provide comprehensive guidance on support issues based on integration guidelines
• Monitor ADA’s service cluster and manage infrastructure

 
What skills and experience you will need?

• 1 to 3 years’ experience as Dev Ops/client-facing support engineer
• At least 1 one year of experience as a software engineer
• Good verbal communication skills
• Strong knowledge of programming languages and REST API’s
• Strong understanding of web architectures and cloud infrastructure
• Experience in working with AWS, Docker, Linus, etc.
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems/Networking
• Professional qualification in networking/Cloud infrastructure
• Preferred Location – Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Sri Lanka
