We make this happen by creating a personalized development plan, with the aim to continue your development and enhance performance.Job ResponsibilitiesSupports MTAL in building MAF strategy and translates MAF strategy into impactful country-specific tactics like Medical Education. Organizes scientific information and education regarding the safe and effective use of company products to health care providers and other customers. Coordinates together with the Medical Science Liaison (MSL) educational activities that facilitate learning regarding clinically relevant information to physicians, and other medical professionals.Coordinates medical affairs program management, safety reporting, data coordination/management and reporting/communication of results (for example: publication, presentations, communication materials).Screens and processes unsolicited medical education grants for therapeutic and operational appropriateness.Provides insights to the Customer Value Team to help optimize brand/therapy strategy. Delivers training to internal partners to help ensure the highest standards of brand/therapy expertise in customer facing teams.
Facilitates understanding of clinical trial data. Ensures the quality and integrity of the data generated from clinical trials. Identifies Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and maintains relationships with them together with the MSL, to ensure scientific information dissemination. Increases the customers' understanding of Janssen products and processes (eg. Clinical data, Investigator Initiated Studies, clinical trials, compliance processes), according to their expressed interests and needs and to seek their advice on the development of our products.
