If so, prepare to innovate, create, and inspire. The Identity Governance Advisor will be responsible for the design, development, and delivery of enterprise Access Control audit evidence. Access Controls are operated to enforce the principle of Least Privilege and meet stringent regulatory requirements. These controls are tested by external auditors for accuracy and completeness which requires flawless and consistent execution with compelling documentation. This position will support Identity Access Reviews, Entitlement Management, and RBAC.

Responsibilities

• Execution of access/entitlement validation on applications/infrastructure/tools to ensure complete mapping of an environment.
• Planning, designing, developing, and conducting Identity Access Reviews.
• Validate input and output of Identity Access Reviews (IARs).
• Consolidate control evidence (audit packaging) to ensure complete coverage.
• Collaborate with application and tool implementation teams on daily basis.
• Work among various teams to validate, analyze, and articulate user access review data.

Qualifications

• High School diploma; Bachelor’s Degree IT and/or IT security discipline preferred Hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management tools such as Saviynt, Sailpoint, Aveksa, etc. preferred.
• Experience with compliance frameworks such as SOX, SOC1, SOC2, and HIPAA
• Understanding of information risk management concepts and proven ability to meet strict audit deadlines.
• Ability to grasp and understand complex application/infrastructure/tool structures and relationships.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment by learning quickly, solving problems, and making decisions with minimal supervision.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for working with both technical teams and business end-users.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate people and teams cross-functionally to resolve complex issues within designated time frames.

• 3-5 years of experience in the fields of Identity and Access Management and/or Privileged Access Management or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Hands-on experience with Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform.
• Experience writing and using querying language (SQL).
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel formulas.

This role is WAH which allows work to be performed at home. Employees must be fully vaccinated if they choose to come onsite. Currently, we are encouraging all employees to remain working from home and all onsite meetings require a virtual option.

This position is not eligible to be performed in Colorado.
