As an identity access engineer senior or lead in our Identity and Access Management organization, you'll support Microsoft 365 E5 IAM products, Azure AD P2 and Microsoft Defender for Identity. You’ll introduce these products and their associated features to the organization which includes research and development, control updates, and continued monitoring. In this role, you’ll manage tools that provide the ability to process, react and correct violations identified by these products.#LI-

Must-have Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Business Administration, Data Systems or related field and a minimum of five years of relevant work experience 
• Instead of a degree, must have a minimum of nine years relevant work experience; an advanced degree (Masters/Doctorate in Information Technology, Business Administration) may be substituted for one-year relevant work experience 

Preferred skills

• Strong leadership abilities to offer support to peers in learning this new product.
• Advanced identity and access management (IAM) knowledge.
• Knowledge of Microsoft core solutions including Active Directory is highly desired.  Microsoft Tool knowledge such as (Azure AD P2/Microsoft Defender for Identity) is preferred.
• Ability to utilize data from these tools to make tactical or strategic decision.

Compensation  

• $71,400 - $115,000/year depending on position level and experience
• Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
