We are looking for an HVAC Works Supervisor (M/F)  on a  permanent contract  in Puteaux (92) for the IDF and Oise sectors  for our Business Line Industry, Health, Research. 

 Your challenges with us

 You  will join Yannick's teams, to take charge in the Industry and Health sector, of projects from 500K€ to 2M€ in three areas:

technical achievement

• Manage the implementation, monitor and control the quality of the services of ENGIE and subcontractors.
• Formalize at each stage of the realization, the needs in means to its hierarchy within the framework of the respect of the schedule.
• Make sure that internal or external skills are available.
• Ensure the collection, grouping and filing of technical documents as the work is carried out.
• Respect and enforce safety instructions (wearing PPE, etc.).
• Manage and carry out the talks as defined by the objective.
• Contribute to improving the construction process.
  • • Propose and deal with anomalies, initiate preventive and corrective actions concerning it. 

Team management

• Supervise internal staff and subcontractors.
• Regarding subcontractors, ensure compliance with their contractual commitments to ENGIE
• Ensure the interface between the Project Manager and the site teams (including subcontractors).

 Customer Management

• Play a communication interface/relay role between the Account Manager and the clients.
• Escalate customer information/problems as they arise.
• Constantly ensure customer satisfaction with the completion of the project.
• Communicate potential pain points to the customer.
